It isn’t looking good. With so many people on the WWE roster, it can be easy to forget a handful of them. That can be quite the problem as the amount of talent the company has on hand is second to almost no one but for one reason or another, some of them are unable to get on television for months at a time. That is the case for one WWE star and things are not looking great.

Winning the NXT Title was once one of the most likely guaranteed paths to success on the main roster. A who’s who of NXT talent held the championship and many of them were called up to the main roster for a rather successful run. That was not always the case though as a few of them just did not quite have the same success. One of those names is not likely to be doing any better anytime soon.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Aleister Black will be “stuck in catering” until either Vince McMahon changes his mind or his WWE contract runs out. Black’s last match came on the October 12 Monday Night Raw and there has been no mention of him wrestling again since. It is not clear why McMahon decided to stop using Black or when his current contract expires. Black has not been backstage at WWE events since November when his wife, Thea Trinidad, better known as Zelina Vega, was released.

Black can do some good things in the ring. Check out his time in WWE:

Aleister Black cancels Elias' performance: Raw, Feb. 18, 2019

Opinion: This is one of the more frustrating things about WWE these days as there are so many names who could be doing something but are stuck on the sidelines. I’m not sure why McMahon has lost confidence in Black, but it’s not like things are going all that well in WWE at the moment. Black might not be the answer to the problems, though I can’t quite imagine how much worst he could do as a replacement.
