Not A Fan: Kurt Angle Reveals WWE Live Event Rib That Left Edge Furious

It’s easy to see why. There are all kinds of stories and angles that can take place on a wrestling show, but some of the more interesting ones can be done at live events, when the cameras aren’t rolling. Often times these situations are very different than what you will see on television, making for a very unique atmosphere. That does not mean everyone is happy though, and now we have a story from back in the day about it.

During a recent edition of the Kurt Angle Show, Kurt Angle told a story about a WWE live event in South Carolina. The show included a segment where Mae Young and the Fabulous Moolah attacked Dawn Marie before going to kiss Angle, which was a rib on him. Angle revealed that a month prior, the same thing had been done to Edge, leaving Edge furious. However, Angle said that he himself did not show his anger, as he felt it would have made him look like a sore loser or a spoiled brat.

Opinion: This is one of those things that normally only happens at a live event and it can make for a memorable moment. At the same time, it can lead to some people not being so thrilled, such as Edge in this situation. Such a thing does come with the job though, and I’m sure almost every wrestler at some point or another has had to do something that didn’t thrill them so much.
