For good. There have been countless wrestlers over the years but only a handful are able to make it to the top of the mountain. These are the wrestlers who reach levels that few others can, including holding one of the most important titles in wrestling. You often see these wrestlers stick around the industry for a long time, but now one of them is saying he is done in the ring.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: He’s Here: Details On Vince McMahon At Monday Night Raw, Morale Reportedly “Felt Nuked”

AEW broadcaster Mark Henry spoke to WJAR 10 in Providence, Rhode Island and was asked about a potential return to the ring. Henry said “No no, don’t try to wish that pain on me” and also threatening the police rather than getting in the ring if anyone hits him. It should be noted that he never flat out said he was retired from the ring and only suggested it. Henry, 51, joined AEW in May 2021 and serves as a coach. His most recent match took place in April 2018 for WWE.

Henry had quite the in-ring run. Check out some of his time in the ring:

Opinion: While Henry did not say he was retired, it is hard to imagine that he would be getting back back in the ring. Henry is one of the bigger names that AEW has signed and while it would be great to get him back in the ring, he doesn’t seem interested. I’m not sure why AEW doesn’t use him more frequently than they do, but it seems that they are not going to be able to have him do one thing.

What do you think of Henry’s time in AEW? How should they use him? Let us know in the comments below.
