No More: Former Champion Officially Gone From WWE, Set For Independent Position

She’s done? There have been all kinds of wrestlers throughout WWE’s history and some of them have made quite the impact. You can see when a wrestler shows up and immediately draws some interest, which can make for some important times. At some point they leave though and now another has done just that, though now she is getting back in the ring elsewhere.

Earlier this year at WWE Summerslam, Shayna Baszler defeated Ronda Rousey in an MMA rules match. Rousey has not been seen on WWE TV since and commentary has said that she is gone from the promotion. Now though, WWE has officially moved Rousey to the Alumni section of WWE.com, officially marking the end of her run with the company. This comes after Rousey wrestled a surprise match at an independent promotion earlier this week. She has also been announced for a Wrestling Revolver show on November 16 in Los Angeles.

Opinion: This is one of those things that is quite the different way to go but now we are seeing Rousey getting to do some other things she wants to do in wrestling. I don’t know if I can imagine her doing this for the long term but at least she is giving some fans a thrill. Hopefully she gets to have as much fun as she wants, as she is in a place where she can go do all kinds of things like this.
