Nice To See You Again. Another Name Revealed For Raw Reunion, Making First Appearance in WWE In Eight Years.

Welcome home. Next Monday night, WWE is presenting Raw Reunion, which could be one of the biggest episodes of Monday Night Raw in a very long time. There have been a lot of names to come and go throughout the history of the show and we could be in for a lot of surprises. WWE has announced several names for the upcoming event and one of them has not been there in a very long time.

WWE has announced that Melina will be part of the Raw Reunion special, as she has confirmed on her Twitter account. Melina is a former five time WWE Women’s Champion and has not made an appearance with the company for eight years. Her last match with the company took place on August 1, 2011, though she has wrestled somewhat frequently on the independent circuit.

Opinion: Melina is one of those names who hasn’t been around for a very long time and while she might not draw in an audience on her own, she can be part of a package that can draw one. That’s the whole point of something like this and really, it’s a good idea to bring in some lapsed fans. The problem is keeping them around, which is a lot easier said than done.
