Nice Choice: WWE Makes Special Addition To Summerslam

It’s a good role for him. There are certain people on the WWE roster who fit certain jobs as well as anything else. This might not involve being in the ring all the time, as there are other things to do in the company besides wrestling. We will be seeing that again soon, as one of the most successful names in WWE will be returning to a role that he did rather well in the past.

This week on Monday Night Raw, it was announced that the Miz will serve as the official host of Summerslam, which will be held in Miz’s hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. There is no word on what he will be doing on the show. Miz has hosted major events before, serving in the role on both nights of last year’s WrestleMania 39, during which he lost matches to Pat McAfee and Snoop Dogg.

Opinion: It’s the kind of thing that is perfect for Miz as he belongs on a show like this and can do something dumb that will result in him getting beaten up again. Or they could find a way to have him beat up a low level heel and get a nice hometown reaction. If there has to be a host for the show, Miz is a great choice and we should be in for something fun as a result.
