Next Up: WWE Announces Major Match For WrestleMania Weekend

There’s a big one. We are just over there weeks away from WrestleMania 40, which will be the biggest WWE event of the year. At the same time though, there are other WrestleMania Weekend events to prepare for, which should make for some very big shows in their own right. That includes a major show from another WWE brand and now we know one of its most important matches.

WWE has announced that Trick Williams will face Carmelo Hayes at NXT Stand & Deliver on Saturday April 6. This comes after Hayes turned on Williams and revealed that he had attacked Williams last year. This will be their first singles match against each other and comes as Hayes has been appearing as a semi-regular on SmackDown. Hayes also appeared in this year’s Royal Rumble match.

Opinion: This almost has to headline the show, as it is the biggest feud going in NXT today. It should make for a big showdown as the fans are ready to see Williams get his hands on Hayes after quite the build. At the same time, this very well may be it for Hayes in NXT, which should be a nice way to send him all the way up to SmackDown full time, where he is ready to go.
