Next Man Up: WWE Considers Promoting NXT Prospect To Main Roster

It runs in the family. There are certain wrestling families that are among the best known known names in the entire industry. Most fans know these names throughout history as the families have one generation after another with all kinds of members throughout the years. It means a lot when you see another name added to the family tree and now another name might get a promotion.

According to PWInsider.com, WWE is considering calling up Solo Sikoa from NXT to the main roster. The promotion could take place as soon as next month. Sikoa has been in NXT since November of last year and has been speculate for a promotion to the main roster for several months. He is a member of the Anoa’i wrestling family, the brother of the Usos and the cousin of Roman Reigns.

Opinion: If there was anyone who seemed primed to come up to the main roster almost the day he debuted, it would be Sikoa. He is a completely fine high flier and the fact that he could almost pass as another Uso makes it even better. Sikoa seems like he could be quite the success on the main roster, whether he is part of the Bloodline stable or not, as he has the talent to make it work on his own.
