It would certainly be a unique look. The wrestling world is an interesting profession as it isn’t the easiest line of work to get out of. For years, wrestlers have had issues finding out what to do after their career ends and that isn’t likely to change anytime soon. There are a few professions that tend to stand out for wrestlers after their in-ring careers are over though and now someone else is giving one of them a shot.

Mark Henry recently appeared on Australian television show The Project, where he announced that he had performed his first stand up comedy routine at Caroline’s in New York City. Of the two careers, Henry said that wrestling was harder and described himself as an “after midnight” comic. Henry did not mention when he would be performing again, though he did say that wrestling was the harder of the two.

He still has it. Check out Henry’s appearance, talking about his comedy:

Opinion: Good for Henry, who seems like someone who is rather funny when he is given the chance. Some of his out of the ring appearances have surprised me as Henry is someone with the gift of gab and a sense of humor so maybe he can come up with something in the world of comedy. If nothing else, he seems to be doing well as the WWE ambassador, which he will be able to do for a long time.

Will Henry be a successful comic? Will he ever wrestle again? Let us know in the comments below.
