That’s a job. There are all kinds of wrestlers in the industry but the majority of them do not have much to do in the industry once their in-ring career comes to an end. During a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet on his Insight podcast, WWE Superstar Ivar revealed that he has been working with “big guys” at the WWE Performance Center. He has also been working on some producing. There is no word on if WWE is planning on making him an official producer after his in-ring career is over. Ivar, 40, recently returned to the ring after a neck injury. He and Erik, collectively known as the War Raiders, are the reigning WWE World Tag Team Champions.

Opinion: This is great to see as Ivar seems to be getting ready for something he can do to stay in wrestling when his in-ring career is probably starting to wind down. While he might have a good while left, someone with that kind of a history of neck injuries is going to need a backup plan. This would certainly qualify and I’m interested in seeing just how well he can do with this secondary career.
What do you think of Ivar’s time in WWE? Which WWE Superstar would make a good producer? Let us know in the comments below.
