Mark your calendar. We are just over a week removed from the Royal Rumble and that means we have less than nine weeks to go before WrestleMania 37. The biggest show of the year will once again be split up over two nights and that is going to make for a pretty stacked pair of cards. One of those matches will be the men’s Royal Rumble winner Edge challenging for a World Title. But who will he pick? Well now he has given us a new detail.

The main story throughout the week following Edge’s Royal Rumble win was Edge appearing on all three weekly television shows and teasing challenging for that show’s title. This made for some interesting possibilities as Edge could conceivably go in one of three different ways. That leaves several doors open but now we know a bit more about when Edge will walk through a door.

During this week’s Monday Night Raw, Edge spoke about his choice for a WrestleMania opponent. Edge talked about how he could see himself picking any of the three, but said he would not be making his decision until after Elimination Chamber. Earlier in the night, it was announced that WWE Champion Drew McIntyre would be defending his title inside the Elimination Chamber, which will include five former WWE Champions.

Opinion: This makes sense as the Elimination Chamber is the kind of show that can change so many things in just one night. I’m not sure what is going to happen with McIntyre, as he has his work cut out for him in the match, but other than Sheamus, I’m not sure how many people are going to offer him a real challenge. Edge could go in a lot of different ways, and hopefully we get the most interesting option available.
