Put it on the card. We are less than a week away from WWE’s next pay per view offering with Hell In A Cell but the card still has quite a few holes to fill. Coming into this week’s Monday Night Raw, there were only four matches set for the show from Monday Night Raw and SmackDown combined. That leaves a few places to go, and now one of the slots has been filled in.
This week on Monday Night Raw, a match between Shayna Baszler and Alexa Bliss was added to Hell in a Cell. The match comes after Bliss and her doll Lily have been tormenting Baszler in recent weeks. Baszler did not appear on the show, but her friend Nia Jax confronted Bliss, who agreed to the match. Bliss defeated Jax on Monday Night Raw in her first match since Fastlane, and her first competitive match since February 1.
Bliss and Baszler have had some history. Check out how we got here:
Opinion: This is certainly going to be a unique way to go, though it might not be the best idea. Bliss is someone who could be a star in a variety of ways, but WWE has to find the right way to use her. That can be rather difficult to pull off, and I’m not sure how great of an idea they have with the Lily thing. Still though, it is nice to see her back in the ring as the division could use the depth.
What do you expect from the match? Where is Bliss’ story going? Let us know in the comments below.
