They might want to work on that. While there are all kinds of talented wrestlers in WWE, there are certain things that the company looks for in an effort to build new stars. This can make for quite the balancing act, as WWE wants veterans who know what they are doing, but does not want to have the same people out there week after week and time after time. Now they seem to be working on something.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there is currently a push in WWE to get younger wrestlers on Monday Night Raw and SmackDown. This was partially addressed in the Draft when several younger names were brought up from NXT. Several WWE stars are in their mid-30s to 40s, with Rhea Ripley (26) as the only star under 30 scheduled for Night Of Champions. There is no word on how many new stars WWE could bring onto the shows.

Opinion: This is a tricky balance to find, as WWE will want to bring in younger stars but also make sure that they are ready for prime time. WWE has enough talent to make this work, but it has to be something that is done gradually rather than a major shift. If nothing else, the older stars have to be there to bring the newer ones up to their level, which can take quite a bit of time. At least WWE is doing something though, which is a good sign.
