Long overdue. There have been all kinds of changes taking place in the wrestling world in recent months with WWE making a variety of adjustments to its regular television shows. That includes the shows being moved to different platforms in the span of a few months, with one major change taking place next week. While that change is taking place, some others will be underway elsewhere.

The next two editions of NXT will be on the road, with the first in Chicago and the second in St. Louis. According to Fightful Select, the WWE Performance Center, where NXT is regularly filmed, will be undergoing a variety of changes. This includes a variety of changes to the set, though it is not clear if it will be an entirely new set or just updates to the current one. NXT is expected to return to the venue on October 15.

Opinion: This is something that makes sense as NXT is going to be on a very different platform and it would be nice to have the home base look new. That should be a welcome change as NXT has looked the same for a long time now. What matters is that the show feels big though, as it could be interesting to see the new direction now that it is on the CW rather than USA.
