A freak accident. You never know when you are going to see an injury in wrestling and that is never a good thing. No matter how well trained these wrestlers may be, there is always the chance of a freak accident, which can often be the most deadly. Sometimes a simple, run of the mill move can put someone on the shelf for a long time, which seems to be the case again.

Rebel was injured during a tag team match on this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite. During the match between Rebel and Britt Baker against Nyla Rose and Vickie Guerrero, Rebel attempted to break up a pinfall attempt and hurt her leg in the process. She was not seen again for the rest of the match. According to Fightful Select, Rebel suffered a dislocated kneecap, with no other details available. There is no word on Rebel’s diagnoses or how much ring time she could miss.

It was a nasty moment. Check out Rebel being carried from the ring and her in better health:

Opinion: That did not look good and hopefully Rebel is not as badly injured as previously thought. A dislocated kneecap is a rather serious injury and could put her on the shelf for a long time. Rebel’s health is what matters most here than anything else and hopefully she is able to get back faster sooner rather than later. Either way, it was a horrible injury and quite the scary moment, with the video of her being carried out making it worse.

What do you think of Rebel? Will she be a star on her own? Let us know in the comments below.
