I can’t say I disagree. There are all kinds of names in the WWE women’s division but not everyone is going to be a top star. With so many wrestlers around there, you are going to have a tiered structure with the top names dominating the major matches, which is going to be the case almost anywhere. What is also going to be the case everywhere is seeing some people rise up. One current WWE wrestler has come close, and fans want to see her do it again.

During this week’s SmackDown, Lacey Evans defeated Naomi in a match that only lasted two minutes and forty three seconds. Evans tied Naomi’s hair to the middle rope before finishing Naomi with the Woman’s Right. The match was the result of a karaoke contest and an even shorter match between the two of them the previous week. That isn’t much for either of them, and the fans are not pleased.

According to 411mania.com, “#NaomiDeservesBetter” trended during this week’s episode of SmackDown, starting after her loss to Evans. Both former WWE wrestler Lio Rush and AEW wrestler Big Swole commented on the trend, agreeing with the sentiment that Naomi should be a bigger star. Naomi later responded, thanking the fans for what they did. A similar situation took place in 2014 when “#GiveDivasAChance” began trending and helped spark the Women’s Revolution.

Naomi can do a lot in the ring. Check out what the fans want to see more of:

Opinion: I can’t say I blame the fans for wanting more of Naomi. She is one of the few performers who started out from nothing and moved up to a very nice place in the division. That is the kind of story you don’t see very often in WWE and it’s not like Naomi has lost a step. She has the great entrance, ability in the ring and charisma. What more could you need or want?

What should Naomi do in WWE? Will she receive a bigger push? Let us know in the comments below.
