There are no words. Every now and then, you see the kind of segment in wrestling that you can’t get out of your head. It is something that works on every level and leaves you laughing for a long time. You might not see it coming and that can often make it all the better. That was the case this week and we very well may have seen an all timer on a regular TV show.

One of the more interesting feuds over the last few weeks in AEW has been the war of words between Maxwell Jacob Friedman and Chris Jericho. The two have had some tense exchanges but have yet to do anything physical. It has been a case of wondering if one of them will turn on the other, but they seem to have a weird relationship of mutual respect. That was on display on Wednesday in a way like no other.

I can’t do this justice. Check out what happened on Dynamite:

This week on AEW Dynamite, Jericho and Friedman had a steak dinner together. After ordering their meals, the two began singing a Vaudeville style song, including with the two of them dancing and dancing girls behind a curtain. The song’s lyrics talked about how the two of them are stuck with each other and have similar goals, including beating up AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.

Opinion: I loved this and while it was one of those things that was completely insane and over the top, it was an absolute blast to watch. These two work together so well and if this winds up being a swerve for Friedman to throw Jericho out of the Inner Circle and take over the team, things will be even better. This worked out to near perfection and I had a great time with the whole thing.
