That didn’t last long. You never know when things are going to change in a hurry in WWE. They have a tendency to drop or add things at the drop of a hat and a lot of that is due to the whims of Vince McMahon. At the end of the day, he is the boss of the whole place and sometimes he gets an idea that makes little sense to anyone else and runs with it. That was the case a few weeks ago but now it might already be gone.

During this week’s Monday Night Raw, multiple matches went to a commercial break with no stoppage in the action or a restart of the match. This would suggest that the policy of no wrestling between commercials has already been rescinded only a few weeks after it was put into place. The policy was never made public and there was never any mention of it on WWE television.

The policy led to a lot of things like this. Check out one of the many 2/3 falls matches from the last few weeks:

Opinion: This is quite the relief as the ridiculous excuses to get to the breaks while pausing the matches were insane. There wasn’t much of a need to change things other than McMahon thinking that it was a good idea. It was a problem that did not need to be solved and the solution was a lot worse than the original situation. Hopefully everything settles down and gets back to normal, which is going to be a lot better.

What did you think of the policy? Will things be better now that it is gone? Let us know in the comments below.
