Can you give us a hint? It is very rare to see a wrestler who can work with anyone in any kind of a match, but it is even harder to find someone who makes the fans care about everything that they do. Those wrestlers are able to make a connection with fans and that is something you do not get to find very often in the slightest. WWE recently lost such a wrestler and now they are trying to get him back.

Earlier this week, a story broke that Daniel Bryan’s WWE contract had expired following his unsuccessful Universal Title match against Roman Reigns last week on SmackDown. The contract expiring would mean that Bryan was able to sign with and appear anywhere he wanted to immediately. According to F4WOnline.com, WWE is pushing hard to try and re-sign Bryan to a contract with the company. There is no word on where or when Bryan intends to sign next.

In addition, according to PWInsider.com, WWE has officially removed Bryan from its roster, with the move taking place at some point since the weekend. WWE currently has no creative plans for Bryan, though the two sides are still negotiating. It is also not clear if Bryan will continue appearing on the Total Bellas reality show or if that is part of a deal outside of WWE.

Rating: It’s almost hard to imagine Bryan wrestling somewhere else, but at the same time, he is the kind of wrestler I could see going elsewhere instead of being in WWE for the rest of his career. That being said, Bryan is going to have his pick of the possible opponents, as he is the kind of once in a generation talent that every wrestling company would love to have.

There is also the chance that Bryan could still return to WWE, as he has mentioned wanting to step away from the ring for a bit and not wrestle full time any longer. Bryan has made it clear that he still does want to continue wrestling, though it might not be something he does on a weekly basis. I’m sure WWE would be willing to accommodate something he wants to do, but so would a lot of other promotions.

Where do you want to see Bryan wind up? Where will he wind up? Let us know in the comments below.
