What a maneuver (by WWE Studios)! It’s not an understatement to say that Vince McMahon is the most influential force in wrestling history as he shaped modern wrestling forever. As you might guess, that makes him a fascinating subject, which is why this isn’t the biggest surprise.

According to Deadline.com, Sony Pictues will be releasing “Pandemonium”, a film about McMahon’s life. The film will be focused on McMahon’s career and his rise to the top of the wrestling world. There is no release date announced nor are there any names rumored for who could play McMahon.

Opinion: This could be anywhere between fascinating, completely inaccurate or a major bomb. The problem is I don’t think anyone can truly do McMahon justice as he’s such a walking cartoon character. I’d actually be ok with McMahon playing himself as he’s the only person who could really pull it off. Still though, I’ll certainly be seeing it, no matter how good or bad it really is.
