More? Another Grudge Match Possible For WWE Crown Jewel

Got another one? We are less than a week away from WWE Crown Jewel, the company’s latest show in Saudi Arabia. That is the kind of show that will often include a variety of top level matches, occasionally with even more than you will see on a stateside WWE Premium Live Event. That already seems to be the case, but now we might be getting even more added to the show.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, a match between Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez could be added to the WWE Crown Jewel car, though it is not certain that it will be included. Should the match be added, it would be the eighth match on the card, which would be more than any show this year. There is also the chance that some of the matches could be moved to the Kickoff Show. Crown Jewel is set for November 2.

Opinion: While the match would make sense on the show, it would be quite the large card for WWE these days. I’m not sure I can imagine seeing another match added to the show, which really doesn’t need it at this point. That match could easily be a featured match on Monday Night Raw and that might be what this winds up being. At the same time, the Saudi shows are kind of all over the place so maybe this is what we’re seeing.
