It’s a Christmas….well not quite a miracle. Earlier this week, “Monday Night Raw” aired its first ever live Christmas episode. This had the potential to be a disaster, but as Fritz Von Erich once asked, once you’re done opening the presents and eating the food, what else is there to do on Christmas Day? That was the question put to the test on Monday night.

According to 411mania.com, this week’s episode of “Monday Night Raw” drew a .84 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.704 million viewers. These numbers are down 7% and 3% respectfully from last week’s .9 rating and 2.786 million viewers. This week’s show was headlined by the Bar defending the Tag Team Titles against Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan.

Opinion: All things considered, this isn’t the biggest drop in the world. I was expecting one of the lower audiences of the year but it’s really in line with numbers they’ve had around this time of the year. The show wasn’t exactly an off night but they didn’t do a ton of important things, at least until the ending. All in all, this isn’t the worst night for the show.
