Monday Night Raw Star Banged Up During Match

That could have been a lot worse. Injuries are something that can happen to anyone at any time in wrestling and there is only so much that can be done to prevent them. Training and experience can do a lot of good to keep them from happening, but the danger is always there. That was the case this week, as a WWE star was injured during her most recent match.

According to PWInsider.com, Carmella was banged up during the ten woman tag match on this week’s Monday Night Raw. Carmella was said to have been “rocked” by a clothesline from Rhea Ripley and needed a moment to recover. She was checked on during the match and was able to continue, including doing everything that had been planned for her throughout the match.

Opinion: What matters here is Carmella is ok, as that is the kind of shot that can knock you silly. Thankfully everything seems to be fine, as she was able to finish the match on her own power. One of the benefits of a match like Monday’s ten man tag is that she could be checked on without drawing much attention to everything, so this is about as good as it could have gone.
