That’s a pretty specific date. At some point, every wrestler has to retire. This can come sooner or later for some people and can be for a variety of reasons. You never know when someone might be hanging up their boots for good, as any match could wind up being someone’s last. Now one of the bigger names in WWE today has explained when he will be hanging his boots up.

Whether you like him or not, there is no denying that the Miz is one of the biggest success stories that WWE has ever seen. Starting off as a contestant on the Real World reality series, Miz has gone on to become a guaranteed Hall of Famer, having won almost everything there is to win in the company. He has been doing this for the better part of fifteen years now and his career shows no sign of winding down. So when is he going to step away from the ring?

During a Twitter Q&A to promote his Cannonball competition series, Miz was asked when he would be retiring from WWE. Miz answered that he would only do it when wrestling stopped being fun. Miz debuted for WWE back in 2004 as part of the fourth Tough Enough competition and has won seventeen total championships, plus a Money in the Bank ladder match.

Miz has been around for a very long time now. Check out some of his best moments:

Opinion: I know he isn’t the most popular name in wrestling but Miz has been around for a long time and has had his share of success. He is still a fine hand in the ring and a good villain with an amazing resume. You don’t see someone with his talent and longevity very often and WWE is going to miss him when he is gone. Hopefully that isn’t for a long time, as Miz has put together quite the career.

What do you think of Miz? Will he ever win another singles title? Let us know in the comments below.
