Maybe? Former Champion Reportedly On WWE’s Radar

Caught their eye. There are all kinds of wrestlers on the WWE roster but at some point the company has to bring in some fresh stars. Those names can come from a variety of different places, with some of the best coming from smaller promotions where they were able to get some experience. That may be the case again, as another star has gotten her name in the mix.

According to PWInsider.com, former NWA Women’s Champion Kamille is on the “radar” for WWE. While there are few details so far, it is believed to be for a spot in NXT. It is not clear if Kamille, who became a free agent at the beginning of the year, is interested in signing or not. Kamille held the NWA Women’s Title for over two years, losing the title in August 2023 and has also wrestled for various independent promotions.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that WWE should be doing, as they have to bring in some new stars from time to time. Kamille has done well during her time in the NWA but she seems ready to move on to something else. With WWE’s developmental system around here and some new competition, this could work out rather well for her, as she could use the change of pace.
