Maybe? AEW Reportedly Considers Bringing Back Missing Star

They’ll think about it. There are so many people on the AEW roster that it can be difficult for some of them to get any television time. It can be a big deal when some of those wrestlers don’t appear for a long time as fans can often wonder where the wrestlers have gone. This can also lead to some big returns though, and that might be the case again with a missing star.

According to Fightful Select, there have been some discussions about bringing Rebel back to AEW TV. Rebel has not wrestled since August 2022 and has not appeared on television since Britt Baker turned babyface earlier this year. It is not clear how far these discussions have gone or what Rebel would be doing should she return. She is still under contract to AEW but has not been backstage very often in recent months.

Opinion: This isn’t the worst idea as there is something to be said about the success Rebel and Baker had together. They were a good combination and having them together again is an idea that could go a long way. Rebel is an awesome character who adds something to Baker’s presentation. If that is the way AEW goes, it could help Baker a lot and that is something she could use.
