Hopefully this wakes up some ticket sales. Earlier this month, WWE announced that they would be running some “205 Live” house shows with a focus on the cruiserweights. This idea didn’t quite go over very well with the idea being that fans wouldn’t pay to see just one division, especially this one. However, WWE has a new idea in mind and it might just do the trick.

As announced on WWE.com, Matt Hardy vs. Bray Wyatt has been added to all three shows on the tour. The two have been talking on “Monday Night Raw” but there hasn’t been a match announced yet. The “205 Live” tour takes place from January 19 – January 21 with no other matches announced as of yet.

This is the kind of thing you could expect on the tour:

Matt Hardy vows to “delete” Bray Wyatt: Raw, Dec. 4, 2017

Opinion: Well they did need a special attraction. At the end of the day, fans aren’t going to pay full prices for a cruiserweight show and this is the kind of featured attraction that could help pad out the attendance a little bit. Hopefully the fans care for the rest of the show too, but they might be fighting a losing battle.
