That looks bad. Wrestlers are an interesting case as they are on television every single week, but that does not mean they are any different than regular people. They have a lot of the same issues as run of the mill men and women and that means sometimes bad things are going to happen to them. That was the case with a certain wrestling legend, but thankfully things seem to be ok.
Matt Hardy’s time in AEW has been up and down, as he came in with quite the bang and stated a feud with Chris Jericho. Soon after that though, things started to go a bit downhill, as he suffered a bad concussion in a match and had to be taken out of the ring. As a result, Hardy has switched gimmicks a few times and is now a wrestler/manager. Then things got even worse, as he had a bad situation over the weekend.
Hardy posted a tweet on Saturday of his car with the back bumper damaged and a graphic saying “Today’s free advice. Don’t rubberneck at wrecks of you’ll create one yourself.” Hardy seems to have stopped to look at a wreck and been hit by someone from behind in the process. There is nothing to indicate that Hardy was injured in the process. Hardy is currently working as Private Party’s manager in AEW.

Opinion: The important thing here is that Hardy was safe, as the car damage does look fairly bad. Hardy has had a rough enough time in recent months and it would be awful to have someone else be hurt in the process. At least Hardy seems to be lightening up in the ring a bit, as his body has already been banged up enough over his twenty five plus year career.
