That’s a big challenge. More often than not, the World Title is the most important thing in a wrestling promotion. In theory, being the company’s top wrestler should be the goal for everyone, making the World Title what matters most. That is the case in one of the biggest wrestling companies in the world at the moment and now someone new is coming after the gold.

AEW may be one of the biggest and most important wrestling promotions in the world but they are still a rather young promotion. This past Saturday’s Double Or Nothing event was the one year anniversary of the company’s first show and that means they have a lot of growing to do. That means bringing in new wrestlers, one of whom is jumping straight into the title scene.

During Saturday’s Double Or Nothing, Brian Cage made his AEW debut and won the Casino Ladder match, earning himself a future World Title shot. This week on Dynamite, it was announced that Cage would be receiving his title shot against World Champion Jon Moxley at Fyter Fest. However, there is no word on when or where Fyter Fest will be taking place. The only description is at some point “this summer”.

Cage made an impact. Check out what is waiting on Moxley:

Opinion: Now this is interesting. Cage is the kind of unstoppable monster that you don’t get very often and having Moxley run straight at him could go either way. There comes a point where Moxley overcoming everyone is going to be a bit ridiculous. A title change is not out of the question and Cage could be a rather dominant champion. I’m not for sure either way though, and that’s what means you have something good.

What do you think of Cage? Will he win the title? Let us know in the comments below.
