Not quite fast enough. Injuries are one of those things that happen to almost every wrestler at some point in their careers. They can be anywhere from big to small, but they’re going to happen one way or another. An injury can take down some top names in wrestling, even if they’re not actively wrestling most of the time. That’s the case right now and it’s changing WrestleMania 35.

According to Sports Illustrated by way of Ringsidenews.com, Triple H will not be healed from his torn pectoral muscle in time for WrestleMania 35. Triple H was originally injured during the main event of Crown Jewel in November and was rumored to be wrestling a WrestleMania match with Batista. The seeds for the match were planned at SmackDown 1000 last year.

Dig those seeds being planted. Check out Batista vs. Triple H being set up:

Opinion: I can’t say I’m surprised by this as six months for a torn pectoral muscle is quite the quick turn around. The match could have been a big help for the card, which doesn’t seem to have a lot going on at the moment. There is still time to set up a good event with Batista possibly being involved, but at the moment it’s pretty clear that he’ll be needing another opponent.
