That’s not good. Earlier this week, it was reported that Kevin Owens was set to undergo minor knee surgery that would put him on the shelf for an undetermined amount of time. He was written off the show due to the injury and now it’s just about how long he’s going to be out. That’s an important question as it could change a lot of things, and now we have an idea of the time scale.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Owens could miss four to eight months due to his upcoming knee surgery, meaning there is a chance that he will miss WrestleMania. The extent of his injury will not be known until the surgery actually takes place. Owens was written off television earlier this week on Monday Night Raw when Bobby Lashley attacked him after their match.

Here’s how they got rid of him.

Bobby Lashley vs. Kevin Owens: Raw, Oct. 8, 2018

Opinion: Well that’s bad. I was thinking it would be about six weeks but this could put him out until the middle of next year. Hopefully Owens is back better than ever and with something fresh because there’s only so much that you can see of him doing the same things over and over. I’m hoping the time frame is on the lower end, though of course there’s always the chance that it might not be as bad as it seems.
