He’s back. There are all kinds of legends in wrestling and several of them are not able to be around as long as others. It is rare to see wrestlers make it deep into older age as the business can do quite a bit of damage to them over the years. That can make special appearances all the more fun, and that seems to be the situation again with one of the more popular names in this generation.

WWE Hall Of Famer Jerry Lawler made his first wrestling convention appearance in several months following a stroke in February, appearing at the Memphis Comic Expo over the weekend. This comes less than a month after Lawler made a surprise appearance at Monday Night Raw, also in Memphis. There is nothing to suggest when or if Lawler will ever be able to return to the ring.

Opinion: That is great to see, as Lawler seems to be starting to get back to his normal routine after what was quite the devastating health issue. Lawler is someone who has done a lot in his career and thankfully he seems like he is getting to do even more. A massive stroke is nothing to joke about and now he is getting to do something else when that was far from guaranteed earlier this year.
