These are the names who can be slotted into almost any position on the card at the drop of a hat and are incredibly valuable to a promotion. It can be a big hit when one of them is gone for whatever reason, but now one of the all time legends seems ready for a possible return.

Randy Orton has been out of action since May 2022 with a back injury and there has been doubt if he will ever return to the ring. In recent months, speculation about a possible return has begun but Orton has yet to be seen. Orton’s wife Kimhas posted a picture of the two of them together next to a plane. There is no word on when Randy is expected to make his return to the ring.

Opinion: I’m not sure when or if Randy is going to be back in the ring but it would be a great thing if he could. He is one of the few stars who can be dropped into the main event scene with no questions asked, but he could also be put back into something with Matt Riddle should the chance arise. Either way, there are options for him and there seems to be a chance he is ready.
