He’s doing well. There are all kinds of problems that can take place in wrestling, some of which can leave someone out of action for a long time. Andrade El Idolo last wrestled for AEW on September 4, 2022. Following his most recent match, he was suspended in November due to a backstage altercation with Sammy Guevara. El Idolo has posted a new photo of himself, showing off a more muscular physique and saying he now weights 248lbs. There is no word on if or when El Idolo will return to AEW TV.

El Idolo has done well during his time in AEW. Check out what he has done there:

Opinion: This is one of those things that is rather fascinating to see, as it makes you wonder just how long it is going to be before El Idolo wrestles again. He is a talented star but certainly does not seem to be thrilled with the idea of wrestling in AEW again. Maybe he will wind up sticking around, but we are now over eight months removed from his most recent match. That is a heck of a layoff and I don’t know if I see it ending anytime soon.
