That’s impressive. Wrestlers get credit for a lot of things but there are also criticisms that they receive on a regular basis. One of those things is their athleticism, as while being athletes, there are always some people who claim that because wrestling is pre-determined, the athleticism does not matter. A WWE wrestler showed that those criticisms may be rather unjustified.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Uh Oh? WWE May Have Potential Problems With The WrestleMania 39 Main Events
Over the weekend, WWE presented a live event in Denver, Colorado. One of the matches on the card featured Cody Rhodes, Braun Strowman and Ricochet defeating the Bloodline. Following the match, Strowman got on Rhodes’ shoulders, with Rhodes walking around the ring and holding up his arms, which were not holding Strowman up. Rhodes is scheduled to challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania 39.
Rhodes is rather good in the ring too. Check out what he can do in a match or two:
Opinion: That is something that you can show a non-wrestling fan and probably impress them. Rhodes is picking up a man who probably weighs 300lbs of pure muscle and carrying him around the ring after wrestling a full match. You do not get to see something like that very often but it makes for a rather awesome visual, especially from someone who is not known for his power.
What did you think of the visual? How will Rhodes fare at WrestleMania? Let us know in the comments below.
