LOOK: Asuka Offers Major Update On Her Injury (And It’s Not Good)

That doesn’t look good. There are all kinds of injuries in the wrestling world and some of them can be rather serious. You never know when you are going to see someone taken out of the ring for a long time with almost no indication that something was wrong. We saw something similar earlier this year and now we have a better idea of just how bad things might be.

Asuka has been out of action since Backlash in May due to a knee injury. She has recently posted an image of her knee in a brace while she lays in a hospital bed. While not confirmed, this could suggest that she has undergone surgery to deal with the injury. There is no word on the nature of Asuka’s injury or how long she will be out of action. WWE has not confirmed or announced that Asuka has undergone surgery.

Opinion: That does not look good and it could be a long time before we see Asuka in the ring again. Hopefully she is able to get back to WWE TV a lot sooner than it seems, though it isn’t sounding likely. Asuka is one of the best in-ring stars in all of WWE and it would be terrible for her to be out of action for that long. At the very least, we should be in for a heck of a return when she comes back.
