Long Time No Hear? WWE May Have Dropped A Hint About An NXT Deadline Return

That’s a tease. There are all kinds of wrestlers on the WWE roster but not all of them are around at the same time. Occasionally a wrestler will have to miss some time due to one reason or another, which can make for some special moments when they are able to return to the ring. While a full on return has not been confirmed, we have gotten one heck of a teaser.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Not Fans: AEW Reportedly Dealing With “A Lot Of Negativity” Due To A Variety Of Reasons

This weekend, NXT will present its Deadline event. This week on NXT, a QR code could b seen on the announcers’ table, with a scan of the code taking fans to an audio clip of a woman saying “see you at Deadline”. According to 411mania.com, the voice may belong to Cora Jade, who has been missing from NXT since August 1, when she walked out on the show. It is not clear what Jade would be doing at Deadline, assuming it is her voice.

Opinion: Jade has been gone for a good while now and it would be awesome to have her make a return at Deadline. She has been away long enough that having her back would make an impact and hopefully that is what we are seeing. I’m not sure what she would be doing but getting involved in the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge match would seem to be a possibility.
