That’s a long time away. Injuries are one of the worst things that can happen to any wrestler and you never want to see one take place. There are all kinds of injuries that can slow people down and keep them on the shelf for a very long time. It can lead to some rather long term waits, and now we are seeing that again with an injured WWE Superstar, who won’t be back anytime soon.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: There’s A Problem: Reported Backstage Heat On AEW Star Over All In Status

In recent weeks, Dakota Kai has been making appearances with her Damage CTRL teammates but has not gotten back in the ring. Kai, who is still recovering from a torn ACL in May, announced in a Twitch stream that she is not expected to be cleared to wrestle again until January at the earliest. Kai revealed that she is only set to begin running again next week.

Kai is rather good when she is around. Check out what she can do in the ring:

Opinion: It does make sense that Kai is nowhere near ready to return about four months after such a devastating injury. Kai is going to need a long time to heal and four months, despite being a good while, is nowhere near long enough to make that happen. Hopefully she is back on her feet and in the ring sooner than later, as you never want to see someone on the shelf for anywhere near that long.

What do you think of Kai? What is next for her when she gets back to the ring? Let us know in the comments below.
