It's On: Long Awaited Title Match Set For AEW All Out

That’s up next. We are less than ten days away from AEW All Out and that means the card should be mostly together. AEW has a tendency to add matches until the very last minute and that can cause some confusion as matches need all the build that they can manage. Another match has been added to the card, and the good thing is that it has been built up for a good while already.

This week on AEW Rampage, a TBS Title match between champion Jade Cargilla nd Athena was added to the All Out card. Cargill agreed to the match during an interview but was then attacked by Athena. The two have been feuding for months now but have never had an actual title match. Cargill is the inaugural TBS Champion and has held the title since January 5, while remaining undefeated.

Opinion: This is one of those matches that is hardly a surprise but had to be established anyway. Athena and Cargill have been feuding for a long time now and at some point you need to just have the match already. I don’t think I can imagine Cargill losing, but at least Athena is someone who has been built up as a challenger rather than being thrown out there as Cargill’s latest victim.
