That’s great to hear. Every now and then, you see a wrestling headline that might shake you up a bit. The story is rather negative and very well may be due to some kind of a health scare or situation involving a wrestler. Then one of the best things that you can see is a positive update that changes everything. Thankfully that is the case again this week after a scary situation.
One of the worst stories that took place this week was a fan report suggesting that Kyle O’Reilly had suffered a seizure after this week’s edition of NXT going off the air. That is the kind of thing that can be rather horrible to hear but then things got a lot better in a hurry as news broke that the situation was a storyline rather than an actual medical issues. Now we know a bit more from O’Reilly himself.
According to Fightful Select, the situation took place after O’Reilly took a brainbuster onto the steps to end the show. Several wrestlers also believed that O’Reilly was really hurt but were assured that everything was ok. The angle never included anything involving a seizure and that was never the intent of the story. O’Reilly has since commented on the situation, thanking fans for their concerns.
Thanks everyone for checking in, your love and support truly means the World. I was placed on a stretcher last night out of concern for my neck after receiving a brainbuster on the steps. Thankfully I can move around somewhat OK today but I may need some time to heal. 1/2

As much as that hurt and sucked last night, the betrayal was worse. Coming back from this stronger and with a thirst for revenge. Best served cold. 2/2

I can see why they believed it. Check out what started the whole thing:
Opinion: This is some great news to hear, as there is never anything good about someone possibly being in that kind of a situation. All that matters here is that O’Reilly is healthy, as this could have been a heck of a lot more serious. It should also be remembered that the seizure detail was speculation by a fan and not something from WWE, making this sound more like a run of the mill injury angle than anything else.
