I Know Them! WWE Has Special Celebrity Plans For WrestleMania 39

It’s part of the appeal. We are almost to the end of the year, which means that we are almost on the Road To WrestleMania. The show has been around for the better part of forty years and there are certain things that you are going to see at almost every show. Next year’s event is taking place near Hollywood and that means we are likely in for some special attractions.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is hoping to have a variety of celebrities involved with WrestleMania 39. The company’s plan is for WWE co-CEO Nick Khan, formerly an executive with the Creative Artists Agency, to use his connections to help land the celebrities. WrestleMania has a history of celebrity involvement dating back to WrestleMania 1 in 1985. There is no word on who WWE is hoping to land for the show or how they will be used. WrestleMania 39 takes place on April 1 and 2, 2023.

Opinion: Celebrities appearing at WrestleMania is nothing new, but I would hope that the show does not revolve around them. WWE has a tendency to focus on the celebrity involvement quite a bit and that can cause some problems. I’m curious to see who WWE is going to try to get for the show though as some of the involvement can be quite good if presented in the right way.
