Or they could just not. WWE has long since been the top wrestling promotion in the world and no one is coming close to them anytime soon, at least from a business perspective. The company airs throughout the world and the company’s stars are seen everywhere. That is partially due to the company being family friendly and now it seems that WWE will not be making a major change anytime soon.

Earlier this summer, a report surfaced saying that WWE was considering changing from TV-PG to TV-14, ending over a run of over fourteen years. However, that has yet to happen and now, according to PWInsider.com, the change is not coming. There is no word on why WWE decided not to make the change, or if either FOX or USA had any say in the change not taking place.

Opinion: At the end of the day, I get WWE’s perspective here as the company has shown that they can make the show more interesting without making such a big change. TV-PG has been a big reason why WWE has been as successful as they have been in recent years and making a change might not even help them that much. Keep things going as they have been and see where it goes with the new format, at least for now.
