He’s still down. Injuries are one of the worst things that can happen to any wrestler as you never want to see someone get hurt. An injury can happen at any time and they can leave a wrestler on the shelf for a rather good while. Unfortunately that has happened to a prominent AEW star and now it seems that we could be waiting even longer before they get back in the ring.

Sammy Guevara suffered a concussion during his match at the AEW WrestleDream event on on October 1 and has not been seen back on AEW TV since. Guevara recently posted to his Instagram Stories, revealing that he is still not medically cleared to return to the ring. Don Callis mentioned this earlier this week on AEW Dynamite. It is not clear when Guevara will be able to wrestle again.

Guevara is a star when he is around. Check out what he can do when he is in the ring:

Opinion: That isn’t good to hear as Guevara has now been out of action for over a month and might not be able to get back in the ring anytime soon. Guevara is one of the more exciting stars in AEW but that isn’t going to matter if he can’t get cleared. Hopefully it changes out of nowhere, but head injuries are one of the worst for taking time to completely heal up.

What do you think of Guevara? What should he do when he returns to AEW? Let us know in the comments below.
