Who Are John Cena's Greatest Rivals?

Every hero has to have a villain. In case you haven’t been paying attention to WWE as of late, John Cena is on his way back to Monday Night Raw on the first episode of 2019. It’s been a pretty long time since we’ve seen Cena around there, and that means WWE wants to get you up to speed on Cena. That means some videos, articles, and of course an Instagram post.

We a new post on its Instagram page, WWE is looking at John Cena’s Five Greatest Rivals. These names range throughout Cena’s career with most of them being from Cena’s time as a main event player. There are several names that he fought at WrestleMania, with some of them being people that he fought several times with several World Title changes between them.

Opinion: For once, I can actually agree with one of these Instagram lists. There’s little arguing that Randy Orton has been Cena’s greatest rival, to the point where their feud is almost a running joke. The other four are fine as well and had some great matches with Cena throughout his career. Cena has been around a long time and narrowing this down wasn’t the easiest thing in the world.
