That’s just awesome. Things have changed so much in recent days that there only so many good things to hear about. As bad as things have been though, it is nice to hear some positive news every now and then. Some of these things even come from the wrestling world, with some people going out of their way to help others who can’t help themselves at the moment. That was the case again.

There are only a handful of people in the history of wrestling on John Cena’s level. He is one of the biggest stars in wrestling both today and all time, but he is also known for his charity work. Cena has by far and away the most Make-a-Wish requests granted, not to mention the other individual charitable causes he has worked for. The list has grown again this week.

A user on Reddit posted a story of Cena meeting the user’s uncle at a grocery store in Land O Lakes, Florida. Cena saw that the man had a Navy Seabees had on and thanked him for his service. Unbeknownst to man, Cena paid for the man’s groceries before he could get up to the register, with the bill totaling around $100. Cena left the store before the man found out that his bill had been paid.

Cena has done some charitable stuff before. Check out some of his good deeds:

Opinion: This is where Cena shines at a different level. There is something about this that makes him seem like a genuinely nice guy and that is something you don’t see very often. Of course he has done some wrong things in the past, but then it’s hard not to be impressed by something like this. Good for Cena for doing something, whether things are going bad around him or not.

What do you think of Cena? Will he ever be World Champion again? Let us know in the comments below.
