Where is it? There are all kinds of films and television series about wrestling, but some of the most interesting are the true stories which come in the form of documentaries. WWE has been releasing these for decades and they can contain quite the collection of stories about a wrestling event. That appears to be the plan again, but things are delayed for a reason.

Earlier this year, a new documentary was announced covering WrestleMania 40 and its build up. The documentary was scheduled to be released earlier this year but that has not been the case. According to Brian Gerwitz on the Masked Man Show, the documentary is not ready yet and the announcement was made too early. The documentary is said to run over an hour, though it is not clear when or where it will be released.

Opinion: This is something that does sound interesting and I would rather see it be made properly rather than thrown together to be released as quickly as possible. WWE announcing the release so early is not the best thing, but it made sense if they thought it would be ready sooner rather than later. Hopefully it lives up to the hype, though we’ll have to see what it has to offer.
