That’s a step. There are all kinds of ways to introduce a new wrestling storyline or characters into a promotion and some of them are more direct than others. Occasionally you will see a story introduced in a way that is more under the radar but at some point it has to be acknowledged. We saw what appears to be the beginning of that acknowledgment this week.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Reunion: Two Special Guests Join Sami Zayn During Stand Up Comedy Performance

Over the last few weeks, a series of QR codes have appeared on WWE TV, leading to various bizarre images. These codes are believed to be related to the debut of the long rumored Wyatt 6 stable. This week on Monday Night Raw, another QR code appeared on-screen, with Michael Cole acknowledging it for the first time. Cole mentioned that the codes had been appearing for several weeks. There is no word on when the angle will officially begin.

Opinion: To say that this story is going to get some interesting reactions would be an understatement, but hat matters the most is the fact that we are getting somewhere with it. If nothing else, it will be nice to see what is being done with the whole thing, as it could go in so many directions. For now though, we have at least started with something and that is better than just sitting around.
