That’s a bit. There are all kinds of ways to write a wrestler out of a company, with some of them involving the credit being given to someone else. You will occasionally see a wrestler attacked and injured, with their recovery taking so long that they are able to fade away from the promotion. That might be what we are seeing again, albeit with a wrestler whose departure is fairly well known.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Ricochet was powerslammed through the windshield of a car by Bron Breakker. WWE has since released an update on Ricochet, saying he will be out of action for “an undisclosed amount of time” as a result of the attack. This comes as Ricochet is believed to be departing WWE when his contract expires later this summer. The exact date of the contract expiring is not clear.

Leave the memories alone. Check out Ricochet in WWE:
Opinion: I don’t think there is much of a secret to the fact that this is it for Ricochet, as WWE more or less wrapped up everything that he was doing as soon as the story about his contract got out. The good thing is they used Ricochet to put someone over on the way out, as the attack made Breakker look like that much bigger of a monster. I’m not sure what is next for Ricochet, but he went out with a heck of a moment.
