That’s getting a little serious. Over the last few months, WWE has presented a variety of storylines but very few have gotten more attention than the love triangle between Rusev, Lana and Bobby Lashley. Lana left her husband Rusev for Lashley, who has lorded it over Rusev ever since. It has gone on for several months now and we have not even gotten to the first match between the two yet. Now though, things have gotten a bit worse.

One of the overarching themes of the story has been Lana treating Rusev very badly and blaming him for the deterioration of their marriage. She has been included in several segments where she insulted Rusev or flaunted her affair in front of him. This has not sat well with some people and they have let Lana know about it, with some of their actions being illegal.

In a new interview with Comicbook.com, Lana revealed that she had been receiving death threats over the storyline and had been contacted by both WWE and the FBI over the situation. At the moment there is no indication that the threats have been anything but words with no one taking actions on them. Lana went on to explain that she is mentioning the threats as a way to shed light on cyber bullying issues.

Lana certainly has been busy lately. Check out some of her actions:

Opinion: I can’t say I’m surprised by something like this as wrestling fans have an amazing ability to get far too into storylines. Lana has been excellent in the role and I could see how many people are going to get annoyed with what she has been doing. If nothing else it is a good sign for her abilities to get this upset, but at the same time this is taking things quite a bit too far.
