Sooner than later? The WWE roster has been undergoing a pretty big shakeup in recent months as WWE has released all kinds of wrestlers from the promotion. This has caused not only a bunch of changes to WWE, but also to other promotions in the world. Having that many free agents available is going to make a difference, and that might faster than you would expect.

According to Fightful Select, WWE has granted one released wrestler an early out from their no compete clause, meaning that they will be able to appear elsewhere before their ninety day clause expires. There is no word on who it was, though the wrestler did not have trouble getting such an exception. It is not clear if WWE will be doing the same for other released wrestlers.

You could be seeing one of them soon. Check out who could be popping up:

Hit Row vs. Ever-Rise: WWE NXT, June 22, 2021

August Grey vs. Ariya Daivari: WWE 205 Live, June 4, 2021

Opinion: I really hope that this is the case there is no particular reason to keep these wrestlers out of action for three months. WWE did not think enough of the wrestlers to keep them around, but suddenly they need to be held out of action for three months to make sure they don’t become a big star elsewhere? If they were that valuable in WWE’s eyes, they would not have been released, so why not let them get on with their careers?

Who do you want to see go where? Should WWE end this policy? Let us know in the comments below.
